Returns & Exchanges

At SportHub, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all equipment components and apparel tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund.
